SALT LAKE CITY, Utah- The Wildcats ruled the pool this afternoon, taking down the Utes 188-112 on the men's side and 151-146Â on the women's side at Ute Natatorium. Â
Arizona put up a total of 15 individual winning times and took the top spot in each of the meet's four relays. Â
Standout sophomores Haakon Naughton and Ralph Daleiden dominated their strokes today, bringing home two wins each in the butterfly and freestyle events. Seniors Julia Heimstead and Tia Lindsay also secured two individual wins each, alongside fifth year Ogi Maric who won both the 100 and 200 Back. Naughton, Daleiden, Maric and Heimstead were all also part of winning relay teams. Â
On the diving side, sophomore Gage DuBois and fifth year Bjorn Markentin controlled the boards, taking first and second place in the Men's 3-Meter event and first in the 1-Meter event.Â
