TUCSON, Ariz. –
Izzy Pacho,
Allie Skaggs,
Carlie Scupin, and
Devyn Netz were named CSCÂ Academic All-District, the association announced on Tuesday. The four honorees are Arizona Softball's most in program history and are now eligible to be named Academic All-America.

Pacho, who graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, maintained a 3.974 GPA during her five years as a student-athlete. The Tucson native was named the College of Education's Student Teacher of the Year and was an Outstanding Elementary Student Teacher Award nominee in 2022. During her career, Pacho appeared in 155 games while maintaining a .304 batting average.

Skaggs, a journalism major with a 3.96 GPA, is receiving her first Academic All-District selection. The second baseman was named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-Pac-12 after recording a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 168 chances this season. In addition, Skaggs ranks 19th in Arizona history with 43 career home runs.

Scupin, a marketing major who has a 3.679 GPA, is also receiving her first Academic All-District selection. The first baseman recorded 10 doubles, 10 home runs, and had a .337 batting average for the Wildcats this season. Scupin has hit 38 career home runs to rank 24th in Arizona history.

Netz, a physiology and medical sciences major, has a 3.667 GPA and is a first-time Academic All-District selection. Netz was a second-team All-Pac-12 honoree after hitting 13 home runs with a .303 batting average and recording 135 strikeouts this season.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All- America® honorees will be announced June 6. Â
