TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona Soccer was shut out 0-4 by the Kansas Jayhawks Thursday evening at home. 
The Jayhawks and Wildcats battled for possession in an intense first half, with Arizona on the defensive majority of the time. Kansas took the lead in the 14th minute with a goal from Jillian Gregorski, setting the tone for the match. Kansas maintained an aggressive offense for the remainder of the half, taking four corner kicks and tallying four shots. 
Kansas kicked off the second half with two more goals in the 53rd and 60th minutes from Gregorski and Lexi Watts. The Wildcats had more opportunities in the second half, taking three shots and a corner. Arizona was unable to hold off Kansas, who took seven corners and seven shots. Kansas's Emily Tobin put one more in the back of the net in the 85th minute, finishing off the game.
