Arizona Women’s Basketball Signs Four-Star Guard Jasleen Green

TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona women's basketball head coach Becky Burke announced the signing of Jasleen Green, a 5-foot-8 guard from Ocala, Florida, and Grandview Preparatory School, as part of the Wildcats' 2026 recruiting class.

Green is one of the most highly regarded guards in the nation, ranked No. 60 overall by ESPN and rated a four-star prospect. A dynamic combo guard, she led Grandview Prep to a state championship while earning Broward County Player of the Year honors three straight seasons.

"It was everything about Arizona — the coaching staff, the culture and environment, the school, everything," Green said.

A career 1,500-point scorer, Green averaged 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists per game as a junior. Off the court, she is a three-year honor roll member, reflecting Arizona's commitment to excellence in academics and athletics alike.

"Jasleen is one of the savviest guards in the country. She can score at an elite level on all 3 levels. Jas is shifty, athletic, and can create for herself and others at any time. What I'm probably most excited about is her work ethic, leadership, and who she is as a person," said Burke.

"She is the ultimate competitor, will be an incredible teammate and strengthen our culture. We are lucky Jas is a Wildcat!"
