Baseball Begins Houston Swing With Midweek at Rice

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Wildcats (4-3) hit the road for a midweek contest against the Rice Owls (2-4) this Wednesday, Feb. 26 at Reckling Park in Houston. It's the opening contest of a four-game road trip for the Wildcats, who will continue on to play at the Astros Foundation College Classic over the weekend.

Wednesday's game will be broadcast to subscribers on ESPN+ with play-by-play from Randy McIlvoy and analysis from Kyle Rogers.

The Wildcats are riding a four-game win streak that vaulted their record above .500. During that win streak multiple players enjoyed breakout performances, including infielder Mathis Meurant who was rewarded with Big 12 Co-Newcomer of the Week honors on Monday afternoon.
