TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Wildcats (19-7, 5-3) dropped the second game of their series against the Baylor Bears (19-7, 4-4) on a final score of 6-3 on Saturday night at Hi Corbett Field.
Right-handed reliever
Raul Garayzar was dominant out of the Wildcats bullpen, covering the final 4.0 innings and holding the Bears scoreless on just three hits.
Starting pitcher
Owen Kramkowski (3-3) took the loss after allowing six runs, four of which were earned, on four hits in 5.0 innings. The right-hander struck out seven and issued only one walk.
Catcher
Adonys Guzman picked up both of the Wildcats RBI on a two-run single in the bottom of the third inning. Arizona's final run scored in the fifth inning on a Baylor error.
