TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Wildcats (20-7, 6-3) salvaged their series against the Baylor Bears (19-8, 4-5) with an 11-6 win in the finale on Sunday afternoon at Hi Corbett Field.
The Wildcats offense sprung out of the gates, posting a 10-run first inning that provided all the runs they would need for victory. The 14-batter inning was highlighted by a two-run home run from
Aaron Walton, a two-run single from

White added to the tally with a solo home run in the bottom of the third inning, giving him 34 on his career and moving him into a tie for sixth all-time at Arizona.
Starting pitcher
Smith Bailey did not factor into the decision after working 4.1 innings and allowing four runs. The freshman right-hander struck out three.
Relievers
Garrett Hicks (1.0 IP),
Julian Tonghini (1.0 IP), and
