TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Track & Field is set to host their third home meet of the outdoor season, the Jim Click Shootout and Multis, at Drachman Stadium on Friday and Saturday.
This competition is the first of the outdoor season for the Wildcats that will feature team scoring and multi events. The participating teams include Duke, Harvard, Kentucky, Louisville, and Northern Colorado. The meet will feature several highly ranked matchups among event groups. The Jim Click Shootout and Multis is also host to the track & field program's alumni reunion weekend, which includes a letter winners presentation on Saturday at Drachman Stadium.
On Friday, field events begin at 10:00 a.m. MST, multi-events begin at 10:30 a.m. MST, and running events begin at 5:00 p.m. MST. The 3000m is the only non-multi-running event that will be held on Friday.
On Saturday, multi events start at 8:30 a.m. MST, field events start at 9:00 a.m. MST, and running events start at 12:00 p.m. MST. Saturday will feature the majority of the running events. Live results for both days of competition can be found

"The Jim Click Shootout is one the premier team competitions in the country," said the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country
Fred Harvey. "We will have several top 10 event matchups in the country. For our program, this is the start of our championship season as we now have eight weeks until the Big 12 Championships and 10 weeks until the NCAA First Round Championships."
The Wildcats were last in action for the Willie Williams Classic at the end of March. At the meet, the team had eight event wins, 32 top three finishes, and numerous personal bests. The eight event wins came from
Zach Extine (men's 110m hurdles),
Tapenisa Havea (women's discus),
Youssef Koudssi (men's discus),
Jathiyah Muhammad (women's pole vault),
Mackenna Orie (women's shot put),
Antonia Sanchez Nunez (women's 400m hurdles),
McKenna Watson (women's 200m), and the men's 4x100m relay team.
So far this season, the Wildcats have also posted numerous top 10 all-time marks in school history, led by
Jade Brown who broke the school record in the women's 100m in the outdoor season opener.
Zach Extine ranks second all-time in the men's 110m hurdles and
McKenna Watson ranks second all-time in the women's 200m. The women's 4x100m relay team also ranks third all-time in the event.

Zach Extine – ranks fifth in the NCAA and fourth in the Big 12 in the 110m hurdles.
Jesse Avina – ranks 12th in the NCAA and third in the Big 12 in the javelin.
Zach Landa – ranks 14th in the NCAA and sixth in the Big 12 in the shot put; ranks 25th in the NCAA and fifth in the Big 12 in the discus; ranks fourth in the Big 12 in the hammer throw.
Yan Vazquez – ranks 16th in the NCAA and third in the Big 12 in the 400m hurdles.
Youssef Koudssi – ranks 20th in the NCAA and fourth in the Big 12 in the discus.
Tyler Michelini – ranks 20th in the NCAA and seventh in the Big 12 in the shot put.
4x100m Relay – ranks 24th in the NCAA and third in the Big 12.
Michael Ogbeiwi – ranks first in the Big 12 in the hammer throw.
Isaac Davis – ranks second in the Big 12 in the 400m.
Tyson Tippett – ranks fourth in the Big 12 in the 100m.
Brian Limage – ranks sixth in the Big 12 in the 100m; ranks sixth in the Big 12 in the 200m.
Ian Sanchez Lopez – ranks sixth in the Big 12 in the 1500m.
Sam Hala'ufia – ranks seventh in the Big 12 in the discus.
4x400m Relay – ranks seventh in the Big 12.
Cade Russo – ranks eighth in the Big 12 in the 800m.
WOMEN
Antonia Sanchez Nunez – ranks ninth in the NCAA and second in the Big 12 in the 400m hurdles; ranks 23rd in the NCAA and third in the Big 12 in the 400m.
McKenna Watson – ranks 11th in the NCAA and second in the Big 12 in the 200m; ranks seventh in the Big 12 in the 100m.
Taylen Wise – ranks 12th in the NCAA and third in the Big 12 in the 100m hurdles.
Tapenisa Havea – ranks 13th in the NCAA and fifth in the Big 12 in the discus; ranks seventh in the Big 12 in the shot put.
Jade Brown – ranks 15th in the NCAA and fourth in the Big 12 in the 100m; ranks seventh in the Big 12 in the 200m.
Ava Simms – ranks 15th in the NCAA and first in the Big 12 in the 400m.
