Softball Announces Additions to 2026 Roster

TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Softball has announced the addition of transfers Jenae Berry, Addison Duke, Tele Jennings, and Serenti Trice to the 2026 roster.
 
"We are so excited to welcome this talented group to Tucson," head coach Caitlin Lowe said. "They bring us depth in the middle infield, outfield, and bullpen. This group has a lot of speed and athleticism with experience in big games that will add to the foundation we have set."
 
Berry spent her freshman season in 2025 at Indiana, leading the Hoosiers' pitching staff with a .258 batting average against and a 4.39 ERA. The right-handed pitcher picked up nine wins in 25 appearances to rank second on the team. She pitched in three combined shutouts and struck out 36 batters in 65.1 innings pitched. The Queen Creek, Arizona native tossed her first career complete game and picked up the win against Maryland while recording a career high four strikeouts in the game.
 
Duke, a transfer from Ole Miss, appeared in 43 games and started in two for the Rebels during her freshman year. The Yuma, Arizona native appeared mainly as a defensive replacement in the outfield, recording eight putouts in eight chances. Duke had 16 at-bats and recorded a .375 batting average with one double and four RBI. She also scored 12 runs and stole three bases (3-for-4).
 
Jennings comes to Arizona after two seasons at San Diego where she started in 80 games across her first two seasons. The outfielder has maintained a .239 career batting average with 35 runs scored, 20 doubles, one triple, and three home runs. During her freshman season, the San Pedro, California native recorded 40 hits, 15 doubles, three home runs, and drove in 21 runs while batting .256. In 2025, Jennings had 15 hits including five doubles during her sophomore year.
 
Trice, an infielder from Iowa State, maintained a .354 batting average and recorded 63 hits during her freshman season. She was the Cyclones' leadoff batter in all but five games during the season and ranked second on the team in batting average and hits. A native of San Diego, Trice led the Cyclones with 14 stolen bases (14-for-17) and 44 runs scored while ranking second on the team with 17 multi-hit games. In the Big 12, Trice ranked ninth in stolen bases, 10th in runs scored, and 11th in hits.
 
Berry, Duke, Jennings, and Trice will join transfer Jalen Adams along with Arizona's signing class that includes incoming freshmen Molli Daley, Rylie Holder, Kezi Lucas, and Sina Talataina in the fall.
