Four Wildcats to Represent Arizona at ITA All-American Championships

CARY, N.C. – Four Wildcats are set to represent Arizona Women's Tennis at the 2025 ITA All-American Championships, beginning Saturday, Sept. 20, at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.

No. 51 Josie Usereau headlines the group, becoming the first Arizona women's player to qualify for the main draw in both singles and doubles. She will compete in the singles main draw and team up with No. 122 Martyna Ostrzygalo in the doubles main draw.

In singles competition, Ostrzygalo, transfer Maria Garcia, and Tanvi Narendran will open play in the pre-qualifying draw, with hopes of advancing into the main bracket.

Usereau, who earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors last season, has been a consistent force for the Wildcats, while Ostrzygalo and Narendran have each secured key singles and doubles victories throughout the past year.

This year's four-player roster marks one of Arizona's largest contingents at the ITA All-Americans in recent memory. The Wildcats last competed in the tournament in 2024, when two Wildcats participated in the qualifying draw but did not advance.

Matchups and start times for this year's championship will be announced later this week.
