TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Women's Basketball and head coach Becky Burke announced the Wildcats' 2026-27 non-conference schedule, featuring a challenging slate that includes matchups against defending national champion UCLA and former Pac-12 rivals Oregon State and Stanford.
"We were intentional in building a non-conference schedule that will challenge us and prepare us for the level of competition that we will see in the Big 12," Burke said. "Each game will play an important role in our development while giving us an opportunity to build a strong NCAA Tournament resume."
Arizona will tip off the regular season Monday, Nov. 2, against Stanford as part of the
Hall of Fame Classic in Las Vegas.
After returning to Tucson to host Iona on Nov. 8, Arizona will travel to Los Angeles for one of the marquee matchups of its non-conference schedule, taking on defending national champion
UCLA on Thursday, Nov. 12, at Pauley Pavilion.
Arizona will then return home to welcome another familiar opponent when Oregon State visits McKale Center at ALKEME Arena on Sunday, Nov. 15. The matchup renews a longtime series and begins a home-and-home between the programs.
The Wildcats continue their homestand against New Mexico State on Nov. 19 before heading east for a two-game multi-team event in Jacksonville, Fla., on Nov. 23 and Nov. 25. Arizona's opponents and additional information regarding the event will be announced at a later date.
Arizona will return home to host Sacramento State on Nov. 29 before traveling to Albuquerque for a Dec. 5 matchup against New Mexico. The meeting marks the second consecutive season the Wildcats and Lobos will face one another after Arizona hosted New Mexico in Tucson last season.
On Dec. 9, the Wildcats will host Southeast Missouri State at 11 a.m. for Field Trip Day. Additional Field Trip Day information is available at ArizonaWildcats.com/FieldTripDay.
The Wildcats close out non-conference play with back-to-back home contests, hosting Northern Arizona on Dec. 13 and Oakland on Dec. 16.
Prior to the start of the regular season, Arizona will host exhibition contests against Embry-Riddle on Oct. 22 and Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 27.
