2019 Outdoor: Made seven appearances in the 2019 outdoor season … Opened the season at Willie Williams Classic College where she won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.01 … Clocked a PR of 12.08 in the 100-meter dash at the Aztec Invitational … Finished fourth at the Desert Heat Classic after running a PR time of 13.27 in the 100-meter hurdles … Took fourth in the 4x100 meter relay and fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships … Finished the season at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Rounds where she ran a time of 13.44 in the 100-meter hurdles to place 28th.

2019 Indoor: Competed in five events … Placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdle competition at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational with a time of 8.51 … Ran a PR time of 8.37 in the 60-meter hurdles to take sixth at the New Mexico Classic … Concluded the season at the MPSF Championships where she clocked a PR time of 7.74 in the 60-meter dash.

2018 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2018 Indoor: Appeared in five meetings ... Clocked a time of 8.66 in the 60mH at the Friday Night Duels ... Set a PR in the 60-meter dash at the Texas Tech Shootout with a time of 7.91 ... Ran a time of 8.06 in the 60-meter dash at the MPSF Championships. 

2017 Outdoor: Competed in six events throughout the season … Tabbed a personal best mark of 13.77 in the 100-meter hurdles to finish first at the Jim Click Shootout … Clocked a 13.96 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Duel in the Desert to finish third  … Posted a 14.04 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships … Finished third in the 100-meter hurdles contest at the Pac-12 vs. Big 10 Invite with a 14.20 mark.

2017 Indoor: Competed in eight events throughout the season, competing in the  60-meter hurdles, 200-meter and 400-meter contests … Posted a 8.58 mark in the 60-meter hurdles at the Husky Classic … Clocked a 8.67 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Vanderbilt Invitational …. Recorded a 8.69 at the Armory Track Invitational in the 60-meter hurdles contest.

2016 Outdoor: Bonds had a solid season in the heptathlon during the 2016 outdoor campaign as she set personal bests in two multi events. Bonds set a personal best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:18.73 at the Pac-12 Multis. She would go on to set another personal record in the high jump at 5 ft. - 7.75 in. (1.72m). Bonds would go on to finish in sixth-place at the Pac-12 Multis with a total score of 5,200 points for a season-high.

2016 Indoor: Did not compete.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the heptathlon in the Junior USA Championships in Eugene, Ore. on June 25 and 26 … Took fifth place with 5,105 points overall while winning the 100-meter hurdles and setting a personal best in the high jump with a mark of 5-4.5 (1.64m) … Set her personal best at the Jim Click Shootout in the heptathlon with a score of 5,242 and finished in fourth place … Took eighth place at the Pac-12 Championships in the heptathlon with a score of 4,957 … Took first place at the Arizona-ASU Dual in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.85 … Clocked a time of 14.14 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet  in the 100-meter hurdles, good for a first place finish … Took second in the long jump at the LSU Alumni Gold meet with a jump of 18-5.  

2015 Indoor: Took sixth place in the Pentathlon at the MPSF Championships with a score of 3,756 … Set her personal best in the 60-meter hurdles in the finals of the Lobo Collegiate Open with a time of 8.44 … Took first in the 60-meter hurdles at the NAU Friday Duals with a time of 8.46 …

High School: She graduated from Centennial High School and was a four-time letterwinner as a track and field athlete … She was named the team captain and Most Valuable Player her junior and senior year … She was a first-team USA Today All-American and a Milesplit All-American … In 2014, Bonds was the Nevada Gatorade Player of the Year … In 2013 and 2014, Bonds was the Nevada State Champion in the 100-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles … She holds the school record in the heptathlon 5,258 … Bonds also has school records in the 100-meter hurdles (13.5), 300-meter hurdles (40.9), 400-meter hurdles (59.44), 200 meters (24.34), javelin (113-2) and the long jump (18-3.75) … She won a Nevada State Championship all four years of her career … She competed at the 2014 USA Junior Championships in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles.

Personal: She is the daughter of Kurt and Natalie Bonds … She has a brother, Tanner and three sisters, Talie, Quincy, and Zoey … She is pursuing a degree in physiology and special education.
