2018 Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention

2019 Outdoor: Made six appearances … Placed fourth at the Jim Click Shootout with a javelin throw mark of 40.99m (134-6) … Threw a javelin throw mark of 41.58 m (136-5) to take seventh at the Aztec Invitational.

2019 Indoor: Did not compete in the 2019 Indoor season.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in five javelin competitions and two hammer throw contest ... Set a PR in the hammer throw at the Willie Williams Classic with a mark of 50.23m (164-9) ... Threw a PR in the javelin throw with a mark of 44.05m (144-6) to take second at the Desert Heat Classic. 

2018 Indoor: Did not compete.

Before Arizona: Rasche competed at Virgina Tech last season where she earned ACC All-Academic honors ... She also took fifth-place in the javellin at the ACC-Championships for second-team All-Conference honors.

High School: Graduate of Riverside Secondary in Port Coquitlam, Canada ... Competed for Team Canada in the 2013 world youth championships and the 2015 Pan-Am junior championships.

Personal: Daughter of Mitch and Nancy ... Has one older brother, Erik ... She is pursuing a journalism degree to become a sports reporter.
