Made 13 appearances (12 starts) with Arizona in his sophmore season...Hit .146 (6x41) with six runs scored, two triples, one home run, and seven RBI...Drew seven walks to raise his on-base percentage to .260 on the year...Drove in six RBI over his first three games against Albany Feb. 14-16...Made starts on defense at first base (3) and third base (1), but spent majority of the time at designated hitter (8 games).

Summer 2019
Played for the Mankato MoonDogs in the Northwoods League...Saw time in 50 games and picked up 30 runs scored, seven doubles, two home runs, and 20 RBI while drawing 21 walks...Teammates with fellow Wildcat Tyler Casagrande.

Named a First-Team Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball, NCBWA, and Perfect Game/Rawlings...Second-Team Freshmen All-American by Baseball America and D1Baseball...Played in 48 games with 40 starts as a freshman...Hit .323 (52x161) with 43 runs scored, 14 doubles, 10 home runs, and 53 RBI...Registered a .417 on-base percentage and a .596 slugging percentage, the latter of which stood as the 10th-best mark among all Division I freshmen at the end of the regular season...His 53 RBI were the third-most logged by an Arizona freshman (1976-current)...Picked up multiple hits 13 times and multiple RBI 17 times...Swatted 10 home runs as a freshman, doubling his high school career home run total (5)...Became first Arizona freshman to collect double digit home runs since Brad Glenn hit 10 in 2006...Hit first career home run on March 19 against New Mexico State...From May 13-18 against Sam Houston State and Penn State (five games) went 8-for-17 (.471) with eight runs scored, three doubles, three home runs, and 14 RBI...Hit a home run in three straight games May 13-16...Collected a career-high three hits on four occasions...Logged time on defense at first base, second base, and shortstop, posting a .935 fielding percentage.

Prepped at Poway High School in Poway, Calif. under head coach Bob Parry...Lettered all four years in baseball playing shortstop...Saw time in 130 games across four seasons, hitting .354 with 89 runs scored, 31 doubles, five triples, five home runs, and 86 RBI...Hit .405 with 39 RBI as a senior...Named to First-Team All-Conference as a junior and senior...Earned All-Academic honors as a senior...Selected as the team's Most Valuable Player as a junior.
