Attended the University of Alabama from 2016-19…Redshirted his first year with the Crimson Tide before seeing significant time in his redshirt freshman through junior campaigns…Lowered his ERA every season, from 4.71 to 4.46 to 3.34 in his final year…In final year at Alabama, led the Crimson Tide pitchers with a .160 opponent batting average while striking out 41…Attended Riverwood International Charter School in Atlanta...Tabbed as an Underclass Honorable Mention All-American by Perfect Game in 2013 and 2014...Also competed in football for two years during prep career.
