• Made 53 total tackles (17 solo, 36 assists) with 7.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 tackles for loss; forced one fumble; posted 10 quarterback hurries
• Notched season-high seven tackles (2 solo, 5 assists) against Texas Tech (10/5)

• Lettered in football (Coach Mike Peterson) and track and field at Red Mountain High in Mesa, Ariz.
• Second-team all-state pass rush specialist as a defensive end in 2019
• Had a breakthrough senior year with 89 tackles, 22.0 tackles for loss, 18.5 quarterback sacks and a forced fumble
• Region "Defensive Player of the Year" and his team's "Most Inspirational Player"
• Red Mountain's 2019 nominee for the Ed Doherty Award given to the top high school football player in the state of Arizona
• Was in on 27 tackles and was credited with 2.0 tackles for loss and one quarterback sack as a junior
• A shot put and discus thrower for the track and field team
• Qualified for the 2019 Association of Interscholastic Athletics state championship meet in the shot put and the discus
