2020: Only appeared in one game as a freshman, seeing time in Territorial Cup

High School: Graduated from A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, Texas in 2020…Lettered four years in football at wide receiver, three years in track in relays, and two years in basketball at point guard…As a senior, hauled in over 700 yards receiving with 14 touchdowns…Earned first team All-District recognitions as a junior and senior…Also excelled in the classroom, earning first team All-Academic honors.
 
Personal: Valen Christian Jones…Son of Quint and Mindy Foster…Three brothers, Ford, Reid, and Vaughn, and one sister, Ava…Undecided on major…Chose Arizona because, “Coach Sumlin has told me great things about how I play and that if I put the work in, I can become a special player. I like how he approaches the game of football and how he always has a championship mindset. He is the reason I want to pursue my football career at the University of Arizona.”
