High School: Attended South Hardin High School where she was a four year letter winner in track and field … Two-time state shot put champion … Holds her school’s record in the shot put and discus throw … Tied for the second longest shot put throw in the state of Iowa … Named first team all-conference all four years.

Personal: Daughter of Carter and Tonya Zeisneiss and sister to Bryce, Bryan, and Brock.
