TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona women's soccer team is set to travel to Provo, Utah for an exhibition match against No. 19 BYU on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 6 p.m. MST.

Arizona was picked to finish eighth in the Pac-12 while BYU was picked to finish at the top of the WCC this season. Both Arizona and BYU are coming off successful 2014 seasons as they both qualified for the NCAA Tournament. While the Wildcats advanced to the second round before falling to Texas A&M, the Cougars were knocked off by Colorado by a score of 2-0.

Both teams return their top players from last season. BYU's Ashley Hatch returns for her junior season after tallying 18 goals, six assists and 42 points overall. She led the team in goals, points, shots and shots on goal.

Both squads are also replacing their starting goalkeeper from 2014. Arizona needs to find a replacement for Gabby Kaufman while BYU will be replacing Katherine Snyder.

The Cougars are currently 11-1 against the Wildcats and are working on a seven-game winning streak. The last time Arizona defeated BYU was back on Sept. 23, 2004 when the Wildcats won 1-0 in Provo.
