TUCSON, Ariz. -- Arizona softball will see its fall schedule elongated by two games with the addition of a pair of makeup games to its docket next week. The Wildcats will take on Pima College in two games at Pima College West Campus. The Cats and the Aztecs will play next Monday, Oct. 29 and next Wednesday, Oct. 31, with both games scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. MST.

The games were added to the Wildcats' fall schedule after last weekend's Arizona Fall Invitational was shortened due to rain on Sunday. These will be the final two chances for fans to see the Wildcats in action until the 2019 season begins in February.

Prior to the rainout, the Wildcats went 5-0 in the Arizona Fall Invitational, outscoring their opponents 57-0 over the five games at Lincoln Park. UA hit .508 with seven home runs in the tournament while its pitchers held the opposition to six total hits (.073 batting average). Jenna Kean led UA with a .733 batting average; she had 11 hits in 15 at-bats and was 4-for-4 stealing bases. Jessie Harper and Ivy Davis led the Cats with two home runs apiece.

The games will be open to the public and are free admission with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
