TUCSON, Ariz. – On Thursday, May 16th and Saturday, May 18th Roy P. Drachman Stadium will play host to the Tucson Elite Classic. On Saturday, senior Grayson Fleming will compete in the throws-only event.
 
Fleming will start the action at 5:45 p.m. MST on Saturday with the hammer throw.

Last Time Out: The Cats hosted in the Pac-12 Championships. Jordan Geist brought home the shot put title for the men and Karla Teran won the high jump on the ladies' side.
 
Hammer Time
Fleming owns a season-best mark of 65.02m (213-4) set last week at the Pac-12 Championships. His mark ranks No. 39 on the NCAA list this season. He holds a PR of 65.15m (213-8), which ranks No. 4 in the Arizona record book.
