TUCSON, Ariz. - With the 2020-21 NBA season approximately one-third completed, we wanted to take a look at how a number of former Arizona basketball players and their teams are faring in the NBA so far. The Wildcats have 10 former players playing and nine former players as members of various coaching staffs across the association.

Deandre Ayton (Phoenix Suns)
Team record: 13-9 (4th in West)
Stats: 14.0ppg / 12.7rpg / 56.6 FG% / 2.0 apg / 32.2 mpg
Highlights: Scored season-high 27 points (11-13 FG) and grabbed 13 rebounds against Denver … Went for 26 points, 17 rebounds and 5 blocked shots against Houston … dropped 24 points, eight rebounds against the Clippers … finished with 22 points, 11 rebounds against Denver on Jan. 1.
 

Aaron Gordon (Orlando Magic)
Team record: 9-15 (13th in East)
Stats: 13.8ppg / 7.2rpg / 36.9 3FG% / 4.2 apg / 29.1 mpg
Highlights: Has scored 20 or more points on three occasions so far … season-high 24 points against Cleveland while also grabbing 11 rebounds … went for 20 points, seven rebounds, 4 steals in the season opener against Miami … added 21 points, 8 rebounds against Milwaukee … against the Knicks on Jan. 18, he tallied 18 points, 17 rebounds … expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a sprained ankle as of Feb. 1.
 

Josh Green (Dallas Mavericks)

Stats: 2.5ppg / 2.3rpg / 47.2 FG% / 0.6 apg / 12.5 mpg
Highlights: Has played in 17 games and made five starts … made his NBA debut on Dec. 23 against Phoenix, scoring two points … tallied a season-high eight points and six rebounds on Jan. 20 vs. the Pacers … had five points and five assists against the Hornets on Jan. 13 … made all three of his shots on his way to seven points on Jan. 29.
 

Solomon Hill (Atlanta Hawks)

Highlights: A steady role player off the bench, he has scored in double figures once so far this season … tallied 12 points and two rebounds on Dec. 28 against the Pistons … had nine points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals against the Hornets on Jan. 9 … went for nine points, eight rebounds against the 76ers on Jan. 11 … most recently, he had eight points (2-4 3FG) versus Toronto on Feb. 6.
 

Andre Iguodala (Miami Heat)
Team record: 9-14 (12th in East)
Stats: 4.8ppg / 3.8rpg / 36.8 FG% / 2.6 apg / 21.3 mpg
Highlights: Scored a season-high 13 points (3-4 3FG) on Jan. 20 against Toronto … registered six points, seven rebounds, three assists on Dec. 25 against New Orleans … had just two points but added eight assists on Jan. 14 against the 76ers … logged five points, eight rebounds and two assists against the Nets on Jan. 25.
 

Stanley Johnson (Toronto Raptors)

Nico Mannion (Golden State Warriors)

Highlights: made his NBA debut on Jan. 4 against Sacramento, finishing with two rebounds and two assists … finished with season-high eight points and four assists on Jan. 23 against Utah … had four rebounds and two assists against Phoenix on Jan. 28 … is expected to play for the Santa Cruz Warriors in the G-League Bubble.
 

Lauri Markkanen (Chicago Bulls)

Highlights: Team announced on Feb. 6 that he will miss 2-4 weeks with a shoulder injury … has four games with 20+ points and two games with 30+ points this season … opened the season with a 21-points, 7-rebound, 4-assist effort against Atlanta … had 29 points and 10 rebounds against Dallas on Jan. 17 … went off for 31 points and six rebounds against Portland on Jan. 30 … the next night against the Knicks, he added 30 points and five rebounds … in both 30-point games, he made six 3-point field goals.
 

T.J. McConnell (Indiana Pacers)
Team record: 12-12 (5th in East)
Stats: 4.7ppg / 3.1rpg / 48.0 FG% / 6.7 apg / 22.0 mpg
Highlights: Season-high in points is nine, which he has done on three occasions … on Feb. 5, he had nine points and 15 assists while playing just 28 minutes off the bench … on Feb. 3, he went for six points and 12 assists … had nine points and eight assists on Jan. 31 against the 76ers … registered nine points, nine assists and two blocked shots on Jan. 25 against Toronto.
 

Zeke Nnaji (Denver Nuggets)
