VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Arizona Track & Field will conclude their indoor season with the NCAA Indoor Championships on Friday and Saturday.
 
Six Wildcats qualified for the championship event by posting a top 16 mark in their respective events during the season. Emma Gates (high jump), Zach Landa (shot put), Tyler Michelini (shot put), Paris Mikinski (high jump), Reinaldo Rodrigues (long jump), and Trayvion White-Austin (200m) will represent the team at the meet.
 
The competition will be hosted by Norfolk State at the Virginia Beach Sports Center on Friday and Saturday. Athletes that finish 1-8 will earn First Team All-America honors and athletes that finish 9-16 will earn Second Team All-America honors. Live results for both days of competition can be found here.

9:00 a.m. MST – Emma Gates & Paris Mikinski, Women's High Jump
2:00 p.m. MST – Zach Landa & Tyler Michelini, Men's Shot Put
3:50 p.m. MST – Trayvion White-Austin, Men's 200m (Final)
 
On Friday and Saturday, the competition will be streamed on ESPN+ ($). On Sunday, the championships will be re-aired on ESPNU at 4:00 p.m. MST. Links for the various streams on Friday and Saturday can be found below.

The Wildcats are coming off a successful Big 12 Indoor Championships where Zach Landa and Trayvion White-Austin became the first indoor conference champions in Arizona Track & Field history. Landa won the shot put and also finished second in the weight throw to score 18 points in total and was named the Big 12 Championship Men's High Point Performer. Landa's best throw on the season in the shot put was a personal best mark of 64-0.25 (19.51m).
 
White-Austin won the 200m with a massive personal best and school record time of 20.50. He also finished sixth in the 60m at the conference championships, clocking a school record time of 6.57 in the event's prelims.
 
Emma Gates and Paris Mikinski finished second and third overall in the high jump at the Big 12 Championships. Gates cleared a personal best height of 6-2.75 (1.90m) and Mikinski matched her personal best height of 6-1.5 (1.87m).
 
Reinaldo Rodrigues placed runner-up in the long jump at the conference championships. His best mark on the season in the event was a personal best leap of 25-10 (7.87m). Tyler Michelini placed seventh in the shot put at the Big 12 Championships. His best throw on the year in the shot put was a big personal best toss of 63-7.75 (19.40m).
