Wildcats Make a Major Move in Round Two of NCAA Amherst Regional

Wildcats card the lowest round out of the field at 2-under par. The Cats have now moved all the way into fourth place and two shots inside of the cutline. Filip Jakubcik led the charge with a 65 that boosted him into second place.

Zach Pollo went 2-under par and is now inside the top ten as well. Johnny Walker finished with a 71 after three birdies on his back nine. Matej Baca shot a 74 and Tianyi Xiong carded a 78.

The Cats played the par fives 9-under par with Jakubcik tied for first and Pollo tied for third in par five scoring. Pollo also has nine birdies through 36 holes which is second most total.

Tee times begin at 6:30 for the Wildcats. Although, rain is expected to land overnight which could affect the tournament.
