BOSTON, MA - Arizona's distance team traveled to Boston to compete in the John Thomas Terrier Classic, hosted by Boston University on January 30-31.
On Friday,
Praise Chepkemoi competed in the women's 5000m open and finished in 37th with an indoor personal best time of 17:15.56.
On Saturday,
Evans Tanui competed in the men's 5000m invite and finished 15th with a time of 13:43.81. Also on Saturday,
Michael Urbanski competed in the men's 5000m open and finished 45th with an indoor personal best time of 14:33.53. In the men's 1 mile invite, Lawi Ngetich finished 18th with an indoor personal best time of 3:55.91, Bryson Nielsen finished 24th with an indoor personal best time of 3:59.77, and Vincent Gwachi finished 26th with an indoor personal best time of 4:00.10.
