TUCSON, Ariz. – The Wildcats are back at Hillenbrand for the final home meet of the season. Arizona Swim and Dive will be competing against ASU and celebrating Senior Day.
The Dive team is coming off several strong performances at the Lumberjack Invite last week.
Gage DuBois dominated all three events for the men's team, and
Zara Ayazi placed first on the 1-meter and platform and second on the 3-meter.
The swimmers last competed against ASU in late January at the Big 12 West Championships. Both teams fell short to the in-state rival but had great swims across the board. The relay teams dominated per usual, and many swimmers had great showings at the meet.
Eleni Gewalt placed first in the 100 breast,
Kelsey Wasikowski placed first in the 200 breast,
Riley Botton won the 50 free, and
Kayman Neal won the 200 back.
Julia Wozniak was named Big 12 Swimmer of the Week after her performance in Tempe.
Luke Hernandez was named Big 12 Diver of the Week after winning all events for men's diving.
