CAMPUS RESOURCES

  • Campus Map
  • Course Catalog
    • This is your one-stop shop for university wide information related to academic programs. You will find courses, degree programs, and policies that affect the completion of your degree here. It is important to know this program information and meet with your major advisor as well as your C.A.T.S. Academics counselor so that you remain on track for graduation!
  • Academic Advising
    • The Advising Resource Center provides you with an advising directory by both college and major, online tools such as a grade calculator, important policies and procedures, and a page that lists student service resources from A to Z. If you have a question regarding university advising, this is the place to go!
  • UAccess
    • UAccess Student is a 'self-service' portal for students which is password-protected and allows students to access personal information and transact university business via the Web. A UA NetID and password are required for login. UAccess Student enables students to view and make changes to their academic and personal information as well as enroll for classes, grant guest access to a parent, obtain payment/refunds and check on financial aid status.
    • Services and features currently available via UAccess Student include:
      • Enrollment

  • D2L
    • D2L is an online set of tools that allow an instructor to accomplish instructional goals that are difficult in a face-to-face setting. It can be used for any course whether it is primarily face-to-face, completely online, or anything in between. A D2L course site allows "anytime, anywhere" access to syllabi, course readings, multi-media files, electronic dropboxes, online quizzes, grading, and more.
  • Application for Graduation
    • When you have amassed 90 degree applicable units, you will have the opportunity to apply for graduation via your UAccess account. This simply gets the graduation process rolling, be sure to contact your campus adviser once you have begun.
  • GRO Policy
    • The Grade Replacement Opportunity is a process that allows a student to repeat a course and replace the grade. In order to qualify, the student can only attempt 60 or fewer units and must have received a C or lower in the class on the first attempt. Important to note: if the student did not fail the class initially, there will be no additional units awarded, rather a grade change opportunity.
  • Academic Calendar & Final Exam Schedule
    • Here is where you can find important dates as it relates to the current semester. Anything from the first day of classes to holidays can be found on this page. Keep in mind: as a part of the athletics department, it is important to consult your coaches regarding days off, because you have no class, does not mean you have no practice! The University runs on a block schedule for final exams. Students are no longer responsible for their normal class time but are required to attend the final at the time designated. If you have four or more exams in one day, upon prior notice with your instructor, you may have the opportunity to move the fourth or fifth exams to another day.
