    • Send Official High School Transcripts.
    • ACT or SAT Reasoning Test Scores.
    • Sign up for your Next Steps Account
    • Online Academic Tour- Admissions will help prepare you to begin choosing the right Academic path through the Next Steps Center.
    • MMR - Send required Immunizations Forms: https://www.health.arizona.edu/health_services_immunizations.htm
    • CATS Academics Orientation - You’ll receive response through Athletic Department about registration.
    • Dual credit transcripts - If you have taken any College courses during or after High School, send Official Transcript for credit.
    • AP/CLEP - If you have earned any credit, send Official AP/CLEP scores.
    • Applied for (FAFSA) and accepted any awarded Financial Aid - if needed; click HERE
    • Final Official Transcript with Verification of Graduation - Send to the NCAA Eligibility Center - NCAA.org
    • Set up your UA email account
    • Housing - Contact Coach
    • Summer School - Contact Coach and Academic Counselor, if interested.

PREPARING FOR TRANSITION

  • Personal Freedom: You manage your own time, attending classes, meeting assignment deadlines, food, laundry, moral and ethical decision making.
  • Classroom Experience: Schedule classes in consultation with your campus Advisor and your C.A.T.S. Academics Counselor.  Some classes will be 100 or more students, electronic clicker attendance, syllabi become your daily roadmap.
  • Professor Expectations: Are welcoming and waiting for you to initiate contact, expect you to come to class prepared and engaged in taking notes, be respectful – no texting!
  • Studying: Buy all textbooks and required materials, review notes and slides, use directed study to your benefit, and stay prepared!
  • Tests & Grades: attend review sessions, assess application of material and require critical thinking, all points count, grades are based solely on merit.
