- Started his own organization called "Children of the Nile" that gives back to kids in his home country of South Sudan
- Did not appear in any regular season games while redshirting
PRIOR TO ARIZONA
- Attended Our Savior Lutheran in New York for his junior (2023-24) and senior (2024-25) seasons
- Attended NBA Academy in Senegal
- Played for New York Lightning on the Nike EYBL circuit
- Was born in Kenya and spent his youth in Uganda
- Started playing basketball around the age of 13
- Played soccer and was into swimming growing up
- Speaks three languages - an African tribal language, Luganda - one of the major languages in Uganda, and English
