Prior to Arizona
- Played three seasons at Clemson (Fr., So., Sr.) and one year at Georgia (Jr.)
- Through his first four years of college, appeared in 137 games and averaged 7.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and shot 58.6% from the floor. He has scored 956 points in his career entering the 2026-27 season.
- Has played in six NCAA Tournament games and averaged 8.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and shot 55.9% from the floor
- Competed against Arizona in the Sweet 16 of the 2024 NCAA Tournament in Los Angeles, where he finished with seven points and one rebound in 11 minutes of action to help the Tigers defeat the Wildcats and earn the second Elite Eight appearance in Clemson history
- As a senior at Clemson, he started 32 out of 35 games for the Tigers and averaged a career-best 12.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists and shot 61.1% from the floor
- The Tigers finished the 2025-26 season with a 24-9 overall record and a 12-6 mark in ACC play to finish tied for fourth and earn an eight seed in the NCAA Tournament
- During his junior year at Georgia, he was in the starting lineup for all 33 games and averaged 6.4 points and 3.8 rebounds
- Was a three-star recruit coming out of North Gwinnett High School, where he averaged 16 points, nine rebounds and 4.0 assists as a senior
- His parents are Randall and Rhonda Godfrey and he has one brother (Grant) and one sister (Kendal)
- His father, Randall, played 11 years in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans, Seattle Seahawks, San Diego Chargers and Washington Football Team
