2018: Recipient of Arizona Athletics Unsung Hero Award … Saw action in eight games, including two starts at DP … Went 2-for-8 (.250) at the plate, including an RBI double vs. Bryant (2/10) … Drew two walks, helping her to a .400 on-base percentage.
 
2017: Appeared in eight games off the bench, going 2-for-7 (.286) at the plate … Notched an RBI double vs. Purdue (2/24) … Caught in three games, recording six putouts … Drew two walks, helping her to a .444 on-base percentage.
 
2016: Appeared in six games, including five starts, four of which came behind the plate … Launched her first career home run in her first at-bat of the season (second career at-bat), vs. Southern Utah (2/12), a two-run home run … Drew one walk and dropped down one sac bunt on the year.
 
2015: Appeared in three games as a pinch hitter and drew a free pass in all three plate appearances … Was walked twice and hit by one pitch … Drew a bases-loaded walk in her first-career plate appearance vs. Wright State (2/13) for her lone RBI.
 
High School: A four-year letterwinner at Ironwood High School in Tucson, where she graduated with honors, under head coach Rich Alday … Second-team Division II all-state as a senior, honorable mention in 2011 and 2013 … Team captain her senior year … Two-time team defensive player of the year (2013, 2014) … Was also named team’s offensive player of the year in 2014 … Batted .329 with an OBP of .400, 24 RBI, five doubles, a triple and seven home runs … Helped lead the team a 29-7 record and Arizona Division II State Championship after finishing runner-up in 2011 and 2013.
 
Personal: Born Robyn Joan Porter in February of 1996 to Doug and Peggy Porter in Tucson … Has one brother (Stephen) and one sister (Jennifer) … Has two cousins that played collegiate athletics – Beth Schimke played soccer at Central Christian College and Greg Schimke played football at Greenville College … Is undecided in her field of academic study, but is an entrepreneur with her current business … In her free time, enjoys watching Netflix, hanging out with family and sleeping … Chose Arizona over Yavapai College and Penn State because “if you ever have a chance of being the best, you must learn from the best, and the U of A is one of the best.”
