TUCSON, Ariz. – The 5-2 Arizona men's tennis team is set to face Northern Arizona University, their fourth in-state rival of the season, on Friday, February, 17 at 2 p.m. MST. The match had previously been scheduled for Saturday, but was moved to Friday due to weather forecasts.
The Wildcats will face the Lumberjacks just four days removed from their impressive comeback victory against GCU, which saw Arizona lose the doubles point and the first set in every singles match, but still pull out the victory with comeback wins by senior
Will Kneale and juniors
Shoti Meparidze,
Trent Botha, and
Shoki Kasahara.
NAU is 1-3 on the season with away losses coming against BYU, Utah, and San Diego State, but the Lumberjacks are coming off of a win over UC Irvine in Southern California.
