Tucson, Ariz. – Against some great professional competition, the Wildcats finished the Tucson 15k tournament today. The chance to play at the Westward Look Grand Resort and Spa this week was a great opportunity for the Cats to improve.

It will be a busy week for the Cats as they are set to host East Tennessee State this Friday 2pm at the Robson Tennis Center, followed by Fresno State on Feb. 17, 2019 at noon.
 
 Last season against the bulldogs, six of the Wildcats currently on the roster went 9-3 in singles play leading to two dual match victories for Arizona.  
 
"We are so fortunate to have these pro events here in our backyard," said head coach Clancy Shields. "Proud of how our guys competed in the tournament and i know they will use this experience to further their progress and it will stoke their to keep working towards professional careers. Really excited for this weekends home matches. This will be our toughest tests at home so far this year and we are hungry to play ETSU and Fresno State."

The Wildcats next home match will Feb. 15, 2019 at 2 pm (MST) when East Tennessee State comes to the Robson Tennis Center.
