Tucson, Ariz.- No. 25 Arizona returned home from ITA kickoff weekend with a vengeance. After suffering their first loss of the season, the Saguaro Soldiers looked to leave it all on the court in their double header against USF and St. John's. Arizona won its first matchup against San Francisco in a 6-1 battle. Later in the day, Arizona kept that same energy and beat St. John's 5-2.

The Wildcats only suffered three singles losses all day, one against a top 50 opponent in No. 44 Vashistha from St. John's. After earning their first ITA team ranking of the spring season, the Wildcats backed it up with two dominant home performances.

The Men's Tennis team returns to action this Sunday, February 2 at home against Cal Poly at 12 p.m. Arizona time.
