Arizona took down New Mexico State and Santa Clara in a double header today, beating them 6-1 in both matches. The Cats took the doubles point in each match.   

Senior Abby Amos won all four matches she played this weekend, defeating Elvena Gevargiz in her last singles match of the day 6-4, 6-3. Junior, Gitte Heynemans also won all four of her matches this weekend defeating Jamie Schroer 6-2,  6-2 in her last match. 

"We had two quality wins and it's a great day to be a Wildcat," head coach Ryan Stotland said. "We had a great audience and we really took care of our home courts. We look forward to an exciting tournament across the country next week and we know the team is ready to Bear Down!"
