TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Wildcats (32-14) jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the second and never looked back, topping the Nevada Wolf Pack (22-20) on a final score of 8-2 on Sunday afternoon at Hi Corbett Field.
Nik McClaughry (3-for-4) swatted a bases-loaded double as part of the Wildcats five-run second and
Chase Davis (3-for-5) crushed a two-run home run in a three-run sixth to highlight Arizona's offensive outburst.
