Box Score TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Wildcats (32-20, 19-10) dropped game two to the Oregon State Beavers (41-12, 19-9) on a final score of 16-1 on Friday night at Hi Corbett Field.
Third baseman
Richie Morales picked up a pair of hits and scored the Wildcats only run, while first baseman
Andrew Cain and left fielder
Brandon Rogers both reached base twice.
Starting pitcher
Clark Candiotti struck out six across five innings of work but was tagged with the loss, moving to 6-3 on the year.
Right-hander
Trevor Long logged a quality relief appearance for the Wildcats, throwing 1.1 scoreless innings without allowing a hit.
