TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Track & Field swept the team titles on the final day of the Jim Click Shootout and Multis at Drachman Stadium.
This competition was the first team scoring meet of the outdoor season for the Wildcats. The Arizona Men scored 209 points and the Arizona Women scored 199.50 points. Both teams dominated the competition, winning on each side by over 40 points.
"The Jim Click Shootout was a massive success this year," said the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country
Fred Harvey. "Having the reunion going on, it was really nice to have these high level performances in front of our alumni. They were excited to see how good the program is trending and the performances we had cemented that. Having the marks we had today, at this point in the year, is major as we approach the outdoor championships."
The Wildcats had three event wins on the first day of the meet with
Youssef Koudssi winning the men's discus,
Ruth Pardy winning the women's 3000m, and
Ian Sanchez Lopez winning the men's 3000m. The team followed that up with eight wins on the second day of competition:
Jade Brown (women's 100m),
Zach Extine (men's 110m hurdles),
Brian Limage (men's 100m & men's 200m),
Antonia Sanchez Nunez (women's 400m hurdles),
Yan Vazquez (men's 400m hurdles),
McKenna Watson (women's 200m), and the men's 4x100m relay team.
The Wildcats had numerous top finishes and highlights on the day.
Jade Brown clocked the fastest all-conditions time in program history in the women's 100m of 11.07 (+2.5).
Zach Extine's time of 13.49 in the men's 110m hurdles was just 0.02 seconds off the program record.
Brian Limage won three events on the day (100m, 200m, 4x100m) and clocked personal best times in both the 100m and 200m.
Saturday also featured a letterwinners presentation, highlighting Arizona Track & Field/Cross Country alumni who were in town for the program's alumni reunion weekend.

FIELD HIGHLIGHTS
Paris Mikinski finished runner-up in the women's high jump, clearing an outdoor personal best height of 6-0.5 (1.84m).
Alexandra Johnson finished t-fourth, matching her personal best in the event of 5-4.5 (1.64m). Additionally,
Kelly de Jong placed sixth and
Ena McMahon placed seventh.
The Wildcats finished second, third, and fourth in the men's shot put.
Zach Landa placed second with a big throw of 65-2 (19.86m),
Tyler Michelini third with an outdoor personal best mark of 60-7.25 (18.47m), and
Youssef Koudssi fourth with a toss of 59-6.75 (18.15m). Additionally,
Sam Hala'ufia placed seventh and
Michael Ogbeiwi eighth. Arizona alum
Jordan Geist won the event with a throw of 70-7.25 (21.52m).
In the women's shot put, the Wildcats finished second, third, and fourth overall.
Mackenna Orie finished runner-up with a mark of 53-3 (16.23m).
Tapenisa Havea placed third with a throw of 51-5 (15.67m) and
Lauryn Love finished fourth with a mark of 47-11.75 (14.62m).
In the men's high jump,
Levi Tuura placed third overall with a personal best clearance of 6-6.75 (2.00m) and
Kaleb Kimaita finished fourth. Kimaita matched his personal best mark of 6-4.75 (1.95m).
Jenica Bosko placed third overall in the women's triple jump, posting a mark of 39-2.25 (11.94m).
In the men's hammer throw,
Michael Ogbeiwi placed fifth overall with a near personal best heave of 208-0 (63.40m).
Zach Landa finished seventh in the event with a mark of 196-6 (59.89m). Additionally, Arizona alum
Jordan Geist won the overall event, posting a throw of 243-6 (74.22m).
In the women's hammer throw,
Mackenna Orie placed seventh and
Tapenisa Havea finished ninth.
Sylvan Osman finished eighth overall in the men's pole vault with an outdoor personal best clearance.
TRACK HIGHLIGHTS
Jade Brown clocked the fastest all-conditions women's 100m time in Arizona Track & Field history. Brown won the event with a time of 11.07 (+2.5), which broke Brianna Glenn's all-time record from 2001. The sophomore broke the 100m school record earlier in the outdoor season and continues to add her name to the Arizona record book. Additionally,
McKenna Watson finished third overall in the event with an all-conditions best time of 11.33 (+2.5).
Zach Extine kicked off the day on the track with a win in the men's 110m hurdles. Extine ran a personal best time of 13.49, which is second all-time in school history. The senior continues to inch closer to the program record in the event, as he is now just 0.02 seconds off the record. Additionally,
Bogdan Vidojkovic ran a personal best time in the event of 14.32.
Brian Limage won the men's 100m, clocking a personal best time of 10.32 which ranks eighth all-time in school history.
James Onanubosi (10.42) and
Tyson Tippett (10.42) finished third and fourth overall in the event as well.
Brian Limage continued his fast day in the men's 200m, winning the event with a personal best time of 20.50. That ranks fifth all-time in school history.
Tyson Tippett (21.14) and
Zach Extine (21.23, +2.1) finished seventh and eighth in the event as well. Additionally,
Bogdan Vidojkovic ran a personal best time.
The Arizona men won the 4x100m relay, clocking a season best time of 39.35. The team was comprised of
James Onanubosi,
Brian Limage,
Isaac Davis, and
Tyson Tippett.
Yan Vazquez won the men's 400m hurdles, running a season best time of 50.95.
Antonia Sanchez Nunez won the women's 400m hurdles, clocking a personal best time of 56.18 which ranks fifth all-time in school history.
Brooke Nordman (59.26) finished seventh in the event with a personal best time and
Keilee Hall (59.38) placed eighth.
Cecelia Woods also ran a personal best, posting a time of 59.86.
McKenna Watson won the women's 200m, clocking a near personal best time of 23.14.
Jade Brown finished third overall in the event with a personal best time of 23.25 which is fifth all-time in school history.
Dakota Minor (24.20) and
Esther Akinlosotu (24.64) both ran personal bests in the event as well.
In the men's 800m, José Rodríguez finished runner-up with a personal best time of 1:50.78. He was followed by
Noah Ray (1:51.55) who placed third,
Ian Sanchez Lopez (1:51.94 PR) who placed fourth, and
Christian Simmons (1:52.37) who placed fifth.
Evan Simmons also finished eighth in the event.
In the women's 100m hurdles,
Taylen Wise finished second overall with a time of 13.33.
Cooper Quigley (3:52.37) and
Mateo Pimienta (3:52.48 PR) finished second and third overall in the men's 1500m.
Michael Urbanski also placed fifth in the event.
In the women's 4x100m relay, Arizona's team of
Ava Simms,
McKenna Watson,
Dakota Minor, and
Jade Brown ran a season best time of 44.48 to place third overall. That time is third all-time in school history in the event.
Laina Friedmann placed third overall in the women's 1500m with a personal best time of 4:34.52.
Brooklyn Hanania finished fourth with a time of 4:41.10 and
Sage Patzer placed sixth.
Isaac Davis placed fourth overall in the men's 400m with a time of 46.35. In the women's 400m,
Ava Simms clocked a time of 53.21 and finished fifth overall.
In the women's 800m,
Kara Mickelson placed fourth with a time of 2:11.55.
Ellie Kortenkamp finished seventh.
To close the day on the track, the Arizona Men finished runners-up in the 4x400m relay with a season best time of 3:11.06. The team was comprised of

The women's team of

Camila Aguilar-Perez, and
