Arizona 2024 (Senior)
Made 17 appearances with three starts in final collegiate campaign...Pac-12 Conference regular season and tournament team champion...Posted a 1-2 record with a 4.84 ERA and 26 strikeouts in 22.1 innings of work...Limited opposing hitters to a .281 batting average and allowed just four extra-base hits all season...Held opponents without an earned run in 10-of-17 appearances...Struck out at least one batter in all but one outing and notched multiple strikeouts six times, including a season-high four-strikeout performance in a start against Washington on May 22 (2.0,2,2,2,0,4)...Also picked up starts at Grand Canyon on April 16 (1.1,4,3,2,1,2) and at Arizona State on May 7 (1.0,1,0,0,0,2)...Stepped up his game during Pac-12 Conference play, posting an impressive 2.25 ERA with seven strikeouts across seven games and 8.0 innings of work.
POSTSEASON: Made one appearance, a start against Washington in pod play at the Pac-12 Tournament (2.0,2,2,2,0,4).
Arizona 2023 (Junior)
Led Arizona's qualified pitchers in ERA and paced the entire pitching staff in wins and innings pitched...Made 17 appearances (15 starts) in first season with Arizona, posting a 6-5 record to go with a 5.28 ERA (45ERx76.2IP) and 56 strikeouts...Limited opposing hitters to a .306 batting average...Worked a complete game against Stanford in the Pac-12 Tournament, the Wildcats only CG of the year...Struck out a season-high eight batters on March 5 against North Dakota State (6.0,5,1,1,2,8)...Fanned five or more batters five times...Logged two quality starts (6.0+ IP, three or fewer ER allowed)...Led Arizona's qualified pitchers with a 6.09 ERA (30ERx44.1IP) during Pac-12 play...Logged 10 starts and struck out 31 while limiting Pac-12 hitters to a .316 batting average.
POSTSEASON: Made two appearances (one start) during the postseason and went 1-0 with a 6.23 ERA (6ERx8.2IP) while striking out six...Earned a spot on the Pac-12 Baseball All-Tournament Team following a complete-game effort in a run-rule victory over No. 1 seed Stanford (7.0,10,4,4,0,5)...Also appeared in relief against Arizona State to open the Pac-12 Tournament (1.2,5,2,2,0,1)...Did not pitch during Wildcats time at the NCAA Fayetteville Regional.
Before Arizona
Logged three years at Pima Community College in Tucson (2020-22) before transferring to Arizona…Over 27 career appearances (20 starts) with the Aztecs notched an 8-7 record, 107.2 innings, a 3.85 ERA, and 111 strikeouts...Also logged 47 at-bats while at Pima, hitting .319 with 16 runs scored, three doubles, and nine RBI…Prepped at Farmington High School in New Mexico…Lettered three years in baseball under head coach Sean Trotter pitching and playing center field…Picked up All-State honors as a senior in 2019.
