High School: A five-time swim letterwinner at Newton High School…Also played varsity soccer for two years…Swimming Captain and National Champion…Holds the Peruvian national record in the 50m back and 200m back.
Personal: Born Jose Fernando Neumann in April of 1998 to Beatriz Doig and Fernando Neumann in Lima, Peru…Enjoys surfing and eating in his free time…Pursuing a career in business because of the great program…Part of the Peruvian National swim team…Chose Arizona because of the “excellent facilities and academics, and Tucson.”
