2015-16: Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American…Holds five of the season top times (50 free, 100 free, 100 fly, 100 back, 200 IM)…Finished first at the Texas Invitational in the 100 fly for an NCAA ‘A’ cut (51.35)…Took third in the 200 IM (1:56.73) and fourth in the 100 free (48.53) at the invite…A member of four of the five relay teams with ‘A’ cuts…Against No. 4 Texas, finished first in the 100 fly (54.16)…Earned first-place finishes in the 100 fly (51.78) and 50 free (22.40) against ASU…At the Pac-12 Championships, took fifth in the 100 fly with 51.73 and first in the B final of the 200 IM with 1:57.46…At NCAA Championships, finished first in the B final of the 100 fly with 51.02, breaking the National Age Group Record (17-18) and school record…Placed sixth in the B final of the 50 free (22.18) and 18th in the 100 back prelims (52.08) at NCAAs, where she totaled three All-America honors and three All-America honorable mention honors…Had five top-ten all-time performances, one of which being the school record in the 100 fly (50 free, 100 free, 100 back, 200 IM)…Named Arizona Athletics’ Female Freshman Student-Athlete of the Year.

High School: A four-time letterwinner at ThunderRidge High School in the Sprint and IM…Was a senior captain and MVP freshman, sophomore and junior year…Made the All-Conference Continental League team all four years…Named to the All-State First Team as a junior and senior…Named to the All-State Second Team as a freshman and sophomore…Earned NISCA All-America honors her sophomore, junior and senior year…Was the state champion in the 50 free and 100 free…Holds the school record in the 50 free, 100 free, 100 back, 100 fly, 200 IM, 100 breast and 200 free…Named the 2015 Colorado Sportswoman of the Year and the 2015 Colorado Swimmer of the Year…Was the valedictorian of her high school and received two academic letters.

Personal: Born Ann Victoria Ochitwa in April of 1997 to Rob and Carrie Ochitwa…Has a younger sister, Janie…Undecided in her field of study…Likes to bake, watch movies and read in her free time…Chose Arizona over Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin, NC State and Auburn because “everything about the U of A is genuine and I could feel that the entire Wildcat family takes care of each other!”.
