2017-18: Had the fastest time on the team in the 100 fly (51.96), 200 fly (1:56.31), and 200 IM (1:57.82), all earning NCAA B cuts and setting personal bests…Holds the sixth-fastest time in Arizona school history in the 100 and 200 fly…Holds the eighth-fastest 200 IM time in Arizona school history…Earned an NCAA B cut in the 400 medley relay at Pac-12 Championships…Finished in the top-three in all dual meets in the 100 fly, including three wins and a bronze at the Texas Invitational…Tied-for-first in the 200 fly against NAU, NMSU, and Rice…Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team…CSCAA Scholar All-American.

2016-17: Placed in the top-three six times in the 100 fly, including first place vs. ASU…Had the second fastest times in the 100 fly and 200 IM with 52.37 and 1:59.39, respectively (both NCAA B cuts)…Took 4th at the Texas Invitational in the 100 butterfly…Member Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team…A CSCAA Scholar All-American.

2015-16: Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American…Holds the second fastest times on the team in the 100 fly (52.36) and 200 IM (1:58.21)…Had two top-ten all-time performances (100 fly, 200 IM)…Placed 37th in the 100 fly at NCAA Championships with 53.39…Earned two All-America honors at NCAAs coming in the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay…At the Pac-12 Championships, finished seventh in the  A final of the 100 fly (52.36) and fourth in the B final of the 200 IM (1:58.34)…Took second in the 100 fly (52.55) and sixth in the 200 IM (1:59.43) at the Texas Invitational…Won the 100 fly against No. 7 USC with 54.57...Was runner-up in the 100 fly (54.66) and third in the 200 IM (2:05.69) versus No. 4 Texas.

High School: A three-time letterwinner at West Salem High School in all events…Swam during her freshman, sophomore and senior year…Was team captain and MVP all three years swimming…Made the All-Conference, All-City, All-District, All-Region and All-State teams every year…Earned Academic All-America honors her senior year…Was the Oregon Female Athlete of the Year and a three-time Mid-Valley Athlete of the Year…Holds the school record in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 100 back, 100 fly and 200 IM…Swam the 100 fly and 200 IM at the State Championships her senior year…Team was the 2012 and 2013 District Champions.

Personal: Born Mackenzie Jean Rumrill in December of 1996 to Joel and Karen Rumrill…Has a younger brother, Cole…Planned major in Physiology at Arizona…Likes to hike, hang out with friends and talk to friends and family at home in her free time…Also ran track in high school where she lettered in the 400m, 800m and 4x400 relay…Chose Arizona over Texas, Texas A&M and Tennessee because “the culture and atmosphere presented at UA is unlike any other university”.
