EUGENE, Ore.--The Arizona women's soccer team dropped their second-to-last road match Friday night, topped by the University of Oregon 4-0.

Freshman forward Jazmin Ponce led the Wildcats offense with three shot attempts, and had Arizona's (5-10-2, 1-5 Pac-10) only on-goal shot attempt for the night.

Of Arizona's six total shot attempts, sophomore Kirstyn Magyar and freshman Ana Montoya combined for the remaining three.

Oregon (6-8-3, 2-3-1 Pac-10) came out ahead early, when senior Rianna Mansfield scored in the third minute of action. The Ducks followed with one more goal in the 14th minute, and hit another two in the 49th and 71st minutes.

The Ducks out shot Arizona by a 16-6 margin, and also had a 4-3 advantage on corner kicks.

Junior GK Ashley Jett had three saves on the night, all in the second half of action.

Arizona looks to rebound on Sunday, October 31, in Corvallis, Ore., where they will face Oregon State at noon for their final road match of the regular season.
