TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona women's soccer team defeated the RSL-AZ '04 boys team by a score 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Tucson. Jada Talley put the Wildcats on the board in the first half when she pressured RSL-AZ's keeper, and stole the ball to score a goal. The second goal came soon after in the 24th minute, when Kennedy Kieneker headed the ball into the net after a well-placed corner from Emily Knous. The Cat's final goal was an own goal that was deflected in by an RSL-AZ player off a cross from Brynn Moga.
Arizona will continue their Spring season on Saturday, April 7 at 1 p.m. in Glendale, Ariz. vs. BYU.
