LAS VEGAS BOUND
I am excited to travel to Las Vegas for the Pac-12 Women's Basketball tournament to cheer on our women's basketball program. Coach Barnes and the team have played an exciting season thus far, and the program is building something special. The conference tournament is a great opportunity to add even more to this terrific season. This outstanding year has already earned Aari McDonald and Cate Reese some awards from the Pac-12 Conference.
Las Vegas and MGM Grand Garden Arena create a spectacular environment for our conference tournament, and I am ready to be a part of that with our wonderful fans cheering on Arizona. The Wildcats open the week with USC on Thursday, March 7 at 2 p.m. in Las Vegas (3 p.m. MST) on Pac-12 Networks. Bear Down, Go Cats and I will see you in Las Vegas!
SENIOR DAY IN MCKALE
Saturday will be the final home men's basketball game in McKale Center this season. Coach Miller and the Wildcats will host Arizona State for Senior Day as the program will honor Justin Coleman and Ryan Luther following the game. Justin and Ryan have been outstanding members of our men's basketball program in their only season at Arizona. We look forward to honoring them for their hard work and for wearing the Block A proudly.

McKale Center has continued its legacy as one of the storied and dynamic environments in all of college basketball, and Saturday is the final opportunity to experience our exceptional venue this season. You can get your tickets for Saturday by clicking here.
HONORING MEG RITCHIE-STONE
Please join us in congratulating Meg Ritchie-Stone on her induction into the Pac-12 Hall of Honor as part of the 2019 class. Meg is a tremendous representative of the University of Arizona for this prestigious award. As one of the most decorated student-athletes in Arizona Athletics history, Meg was a national champion thrower for the Arizona Wildcats while competing in the discus in the 1980 and 1984 Olympics.

After representing our great university on the biggest of stages, Meg returned to our campus to become a trailblazer in college athletics. She became the only female strength and conditioning coach in the nation to train men's and women's athletic programs.
A pioneer, a trailblazer and a Wildcat for life, Meg will be inducted into the Pac-12 Hall of Honor on Friday, March 15 during the Pac-12 Men's Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas. Congratulations on this exceptional honor and Bear Down!
A HILLENBRAND WELCOME

Arizona Softball, currently ranked No. 12 in the nation, continues its inaugural season in the new and beautiful Hillenbrand Softball Stadium. This state-of-the-art facility has already hosted some memorable games this season and will now welcome the undefeated and top-ranked Florida State Seminoles. The Wildcats will host No. 1 Florida State for a weekend series, starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 8. We will have some fun promotions for fans on Saturday and Sunday. Join us this weekend for some of the best softball in the nation.
WILL BAGGETT
Arizona Athletics collaborated with the Arizona Alumni Association on a special event with Will Baggett. Will currently works for the College Football Playoff and is a nationally-acclaimed speaker and author around building the executive image. He was invited to speak to student-athletes specifically about developing a personal brand and improving their A,B,C's of professionalism: Appearance, Behaviors and Communication. Will also presented to the Arizona Football team and at the Propel You Forward event. He also hosted a special leadership lunch for student leaders from Arizona Athletics, Multicultural Clubs, Legacy Scholars and the Wildcat Mentor Society. We want to thank Will for taking time out of his schedule to engage our student-athletes on these valuable skills and enhance their experience as Wildcats.
HIGHLIGHTING ALUMNI

George Cunningham, who graduated last season, is already off to a budding professional golf career. George posted one of the best individual seasons in Arizona Men's Golf history last year and did so after overcoming tremendous adversity. His story of perseverance and dedication is inspiring, and it truly shows what it means to be a Wildcat. You can watch George, in his own words, tell his unbelievable story here.
THIS WEEKEND AT HI CORBETT
Arizona Baseball is back in action with a three-game series with College of Charleston starting on Friday, March 8 at 6 p.m. Each of Arizona's three games with the Cougars will be a special promotion at the ballpark with Friday being 1960's Night, Saturday's game hosting postgame catch on the field for fans and capping the weekend off with a Sunday Funday of 50% select concessions and Cameron Cannon trading card giveaway. WOMEN'S GOLF & THE WILDCAT INVITATIONAL
The defending national champions, Arizona Women's Golf, will host their only home tournament of the season on Monday and Tuesday of next week. The Wildcat Invitational is two full days of action at our home course of Sewailo Golf Club. The team has already won two events this year and is looking for a third. Head out to the course to catch some championship-caliber golf and follow along at www.ArizonaWildcats.com.
COMMUNITY CATS
Community Cats is an important part of Arizona Athletics as student-athletes spend their time volunteering and serving our community. Many of our programs visit Diamond Children's Hospital, host sports clinics for local youth and read to elementary school classes among many other community service events throughout the year. CATS Give Back Week is just part of the many ways Arizona student-athletes give back to the community, and this year's campaign was another success.
With the demanding schedules of a student-athlete, Arizona Athletics has established a program to bring in volunteer opportunities so we can help make a difference here on campus. These opportunities will occur once a month during the academic year. If you are interested in getting your organization involved, please contact Natasha Harrison at naharris@arizona.edu for details. Additionally, if you have an event and need volunteers or would like a student-athlete to visit your school or non-profit group, submit an online request by visiting ArizonaWildcats.com/outreach. If you have any questions, please call the Office of Community Relations at (520) 621-2331.
