we learned our postseason football destination is the Valero Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. No. 14 Arizona Football's first bowl game since 2017 will be against No. 12 Oklahoma on Thursday, December 28 at 7:15 p.m. (MST) on ESPN and Wildcats Radio 1290.
Tickets in our dedicated Wildcat section are only available for sale through our athletics department.
Click here to get your seats for the game if you haven't already. We've got
our Bowl Central Page for fans with all the information you need to enjoy the experience in Texas later this month.
ArizonaWildcats.com will be your official home for content from San Antonio leading up to the game, so please check our website for updates and new information.
We have many Texas-based alumni of the University of Arizona that we can't wait to see as well as our dedicated supporters traveling to Texas to Bear Down with the Wildcats. Let's show San Antonio and the rest of the country the power of the Wildcat Family as we show out for the Valero Alamo Bowl. This is a historical year for Arizona Football, so let's make the last chapter of the season a memorable one. Bear Down and Go Cats!

Student-Athlete Spotlight
Diana Ramos came to the University of Arizona to compete as a member of our track & field program. Among a bevy of academic honors earned in her career, Diana was a recipient of the prestigious Jim McKay Graduate Scholarship from the NCAA. The McKay Scholarship recognizes a student-athlete's outstanding academic achievements and potential to make major contributions to the sports communications industry.
A native of Venezuela, Ramos truly embodies the Wildcat Way.
You can watch her acceptance speech for this tremendous award here. Bear Down Diana and thank you for proudly representing the Block A.
Another Academic Milestone
The historic academic success of Arizona student-athletes continued with this week's announcement of Graduate Success Rate (GSR) scores from the NCAA.
Arizona Athletics set a department record with a score of 89 percent in this NCAA metric. It marks the sixth time in seven years that our athletics department has matched or broken its all-time high mark. Congratulations to our student-athletes for their record-breaking success again as well as our hardworking C.A.T.S. Academics staff who do tremendous work supporting our student-athletes and preparing them for life after graduation.
Women's Hoops Returns Home
After three weeks of road games, Arizona Women's Basketball is returning to McKale Center to face UC San Diego at 6:30 p.m. (MST) tomorrow, December 7th. It is our Pearl Harbor remembrance game, where we will be honoring four World War II veterans and showcasing artifacts from the USS Arizona.

Growing our NIL Resources
Earlier this week,
we made a key announcement that we will be adding a full-time NIL general manager through our partnership with Altius Sports Partners and their resources. Arizona will become just the 16th athletics department in the nation to have an on-site Altius staff dedicated to enhancing NIL opportunities, education and information.
This new position, which will officially begin early in 2024, will help Arizona retain its position as a national leader in this emerging space while also creating a new connection point for businesses interested in supporting student-athletes through a variety of NIL opportunities.
Support Arizona Athletics through a QCD
A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA can be a retirement investment strategy that benefits you AND the Wildcat Club. If you are over 70 ½ years of age, you can make transfers directly from your IRA that provide an immediate impact on Arizona student-athletes. For more information, contact Chris Fraker at
chris.fraker@uafoundation.org or visit the UA Foundation

Was in the Bahamas to support our women's basketball team and celebrate my 70th birthday. Ran in to the team my first night there.
