TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Soccer assistant coach Philip Congleton has been named to the staff of the U.S. Under-23 Women's National Team for its first training camp of 2026, U.S. Soccer announced.

Congleton will serve as an assistant coach under head coach Heather Dyche during the weeklong camp, held Feb. 27–March 7 in South Florida. The training event features 24 players and will conclude with two matches against Mexico's U-23 Women's National Team.

The U-23 Women's National Team is part of the U.S. Soccer development pathway and serves as a bridge to the senior United States Women's National Soccer Team, providing high-level training and international competition for top collegiate and professional players.
