2016-17: In the 200y breaststroke, finished 17th at the Pac-12 Championships (1:47.81), fourth at the Texas Invitational (1:56.96, NCAA B cut, second fastest 200y breaststroke on the team) and first vs. Hawaii (2:09.21) … Had the third-fastest 100y breaststroke time on the team with a 43.28 (NCAA B cut) at the Texas Invitational (12/3/16) … Placed 24th at the Texas Invitational in the 200 IM with a time of 1:49.27, the eighth fastest 200 IM on the team.
2015-16: Earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention honors…Had the fastest time on the team in the 200 breast with 1:55.31 and third-fastest in the 100 breast with 53.21…Holds the tenth-fastest time in Arizona history in the 200 breast with his season-best time…At the Texas Invitational, was runner-up in the 100 breast (53.25) and 200 breast (1:55.31)…Finished second in the 200 breast against No. 1 Texas with 2:06.53 and third in the 100 breast versus No. 5 Stanford with 57.33…At the Pac-12 Championships, took fifth in the 200 breast (1:55.73) and seventh in the 100 breast (53.39)…Placed 30th in the 200 breast (1:56.73) and 33rd in the 100 breast (53.74) at NCAA Championships.
2014-15: Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team…Had the third fastest time on the team in the 100 breast (53.34) and 200 breast (1:56.89)…Held the fifth fastest time in the 200 IM with 1:48.14…At Pac-12 Championships, he finished first in the B final of the 100 breast, fifth in the B final of the 200 breast and second in the C final of the 200 IM with his season-best times, earning ‘B’ cuts in all events…Took eighth in the 200 breast (1:59.13) at the Texas Invitational and fifth in the B final of the 100 breast (54.67)…Against ASU, he came in second place in both the 100 breast and 200 breast with 54.44 and 1:59.09, respectively.
2013-14: Had the fifth fastest time on the team in the 200 breast with a time of 1:59.46 from the Texas Invite, which was a NCAA ‘B’ cut time…Had the sixth fastest time on the squad in the 100 breast with a time of 54.73, which was also at the Texas Invite.
Prep: Competed in the 2012 Olympic Trials…Was ranked 34th in the nation by CollegeSwimming.com and was the top ranked swimmer out of Arkansas…Won four individual state championships and three team state championships in three years…Was named all-state, all-region, all-district and all-conference in all four seasons…Also earned All-America honors in addition to being named an Academic All-American…Holds the school record in the 100 breast.
