WELCOME TO HISPANIC HERITAGE NIGHT
We are excited to host our annual Hispanic Heritage Night on Saturday for Arizona Football's 7:30 p.m. (MST) home game versus UCLA. This is a special event for us to host as we celebrate the rich and unique culture of our Southern Arizona community. Hispanic Heritage Night has grown over the years, and the event is a great collaboration between Arizona Athletics and our many important partners, which includes the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Visit Tucson, UA Hispanic Alumni Club, Adalberto and Ana Guerrero Student Center, UA Alumni Association, UA Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and the UA Office of Multicultural Advancement Division of Equity, Inclusion and Title IX among others.

The atmosphere on campus on Saturday will be exceptional as we have pregame festivities as well as in-game elements. We will begin with a Latinx and Hispanic College Day student symposium inside the Student Union Building at 11:15 a.m. (MST). The Coca-Cola Fan Fiesta, inside the Cole and Jeannie Davis Sports Center, opens at 4:30 p.m. (MST) and will include live music and dancing from a variety of Hispanic performers. There's also the UA Hispanic Alumni tailgate opening at 5 p.m. (MST) on the corner of Cherry and University, which also will have special Hispanic Heritage Night live music and performances. Mariachi bands will welcome fans as they enter the gates of Arizona Stadium with special in-game performances planned to cap the night off.
This week's special game day shirt from UA BookStores is Hispanic Heritage Night themed and these shirts are limited in supply and only $10 each. This week's shirt can be purchased at all University of Arizona BookStores locations, including the A-Store at McKale Center, or online by clicking here.

Saturday will be a great day on campus as we highlight what makes Southern Arizona and the University of Arizona outstanding places to live, visit and experience. Enjoy a Saturday with friends, family and fellow Wildcats, and I can't wait to see everyone Bear Down! You can get your single game tickets for Saturday by clicking here. There's also our new Pac-12 Two Pack ticket option available to fans as well.
ACADEMIC AWARD
Arizona Men's Track and Field and Cross Country programs received NCAA and Pac-12 recognition for their outstanding work in the classroom last year. The teams were honored with NCAA Public Recognition Award after posting APR scores that ranked in the top 10 percent nationally.

This most recent accolade is just one of the recent academic successes posted by Arizona student-athletes who continue to turn in record-breaking performances in the classroom.
FIRST WATCH RED-BLUE GAME

The annual First Watch Red-Blue Game is already upon us as Coach Miller and the Wildcats will take the court for their unofficial tip off event. This year's event is set for 7 p.m. (MST) on Friday, and it's your first chance catch the 2019-20 Wildcats in action. The Red-Blue Game is regularly sold out, and there are just a few tickets available.
McKale Center is a home court environment that ranks among the best in college basketball as Arizona has led the Pac-12 Conference in attendance for 35 consecutive seasons. It's a one-of-a-kind atmosphere and our storied venue will fill with dynamic energy on Friday. See you all there!
ON THE RADIO WAVES IN PHOENIX
There's a new home for Arizona Football and Men's Basketball games on the radio dial in Phoenix. Starting with Saturday's football game versus UCLA, all Wildcat football and basketball games will be carried on KFYI 550 AM. Catch Brian Jeffries on the call for your Arizona football and hoops action on our new radio home in the Phoenix area.
TONY AMATO MILESTONE
Congratulations Coach Amato as he picked up his 200th win of his coaching career with the Arizona win over TCU this past weekend. After beginning his career at Stephen F. Austin and Rollins College, Tony has picked up 73 wins at Arizona and is already the all-time winningest coach in program history.

The Wildcats have wrapped up non-conference play with a record of 6-1 and have a top-15 offense in the country with 20 goals scored. They open Pac-12 play with Colorado on Friday at 7 p.m. (MST) at Mulcahy Stadium. Click here to get your tickets.
DROP IN SERVICE
#CatsGiveBack is our community service program, but it is not just for student-athletes. Arizona Athletics staff also give back to our community alongside Wildcats from all of our programs. The Drop-In Community Service program is the latest addition to #CatsGiveBack, which brings volunteer opportunities to campus for student-athletes and staff.
Giving back to our Southern Arizona community is an instrumental part of what we do at Arizona Athletics. This is an awesome new opportunity for #CatsGiveBack, and we want to thank University Communications for highlighting it a recent edition of Lo Que Pasa.
