2015: Indoors, set a personal best in the 400-meter run at the Don Kirby Elite with a time of 55.35, good for a 14th-place finish … Competed in the 400-meter race at the MPSF Championships and finished in 20th place with a time of 56.00 … Outdoors, finished in eighth place at the Pac-12 Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.87 … Set a season-best time at the Drake Relays in the 400-meter hurdles clocking a time of 59.31, good for a fifth-place finish … Took second at the ASU Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.72 … Earned another second place finish at the Arizona-ASU Dual meet in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.81 … Finished the year at the NCAA West Preliminaries by clocking a time of 61.01 in the 400-meter hurdles.
2014: Indoors, Struble’s personal-best time of 8.78 in the 60-meter hurdles came at the MPSF Championships in the preliminary round … That time was good for 13th place overall … Also at the MPSF Championships, Struble finished in 19th place overall in the 400-meter race with a personal-best time of 56.26 … Outdoors, Struble finished in fourth place at the UA-ASU-NAU Double in the 100-meter hurdles with a persona-best time of 14.16 … At the Pac-12 Championships in the event, Struble had a time of 14.32, taking 11th place … In the 400-meter hurdles, her primary event, Struble’s personal-best time of 58.39 also came at the UA-ASU-NAU Double Dual … That time is also the eighth-best time in UA history … Struble earned all-conference honors at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 58.61, good for fourth place overall … Struble and teammate Nnenya Hailey both earned all-conference honors in the event, the first time in UA history a duo has accomplished that feat in the same meet … Struble qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400-meter hurdles … She clocked a time of 59.42 in the preliminary round but in the quarterfinal round, her time of 60.01 was not enough to advance to the NCAA Championships.
BEFORE ARIZONA: Struble attended Hawaii for one season and clocked a season-best time of 61.76 in the 400-meter hurdles … Her time of 61.76 is the fifth-best time in Hawaii history … She earned a fourth-place finish in the event at the Big West Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School, she was the team captain her senior year and the team MVP for all four years … She earned all-conference honors in 2011 and 2012 … In 2011 and 2012, she also earned first-team all-state honors … She was the 2011 and 2012 Idaho State Champion in the 300-meter hurdles … She holds school records in the 300-meter hurdles (42.84), 100-meter hurdles (14.4) and as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team and 4x400-meter relay team.
PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Liz and Dale Struble … She has one brother, Collin … She will be pursuing a degree in mining engineering and aspires to work for an oil company in the future.
